| Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese ½ stick (1/4 c) butter or margarine, softened 1 package Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix 16oz large-capped white mushrooms for stuffing, stems removed ½ c bread crumbs ¼ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Combine cream cheese, butter, and Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix.
