Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
     Ingredients:
      8 oz cream cheese
      ½ stick (1/4 c) butter or margarine, softened
      1 package Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix
      16oz large-capped white mushrooms for stuffing, stems removed
      ½ c bread crumbs
      ¼ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 Directions:
        Combine cream cheese, butter, and Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix.
     Stuff mushrooms and sprinkle with bread crumbs, then cheese.
     Bake at 350F or until bread crumbs are golden brown
     and cheese is melted
