| Portabella Mushroom Marinade | |||||||
| Ingredients: ¼ c balsamic vinegar 4 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix 4 large Portabella mushroom caps (Serve on sesame bun with all the trimmings, as you would a traditional burger.) Directions: In glass baking dish add mushrooms, smooth side up. In separate dish combine vinegar, oil and Zesty Italian Dressing Mix to create marinade. Pour over mushrooms. Allow to marinade 30 minutes, turning once at the 15-minute mark. Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Brush grate lightly with oil and grill mushrooms 5-8 minutes per side, basting frequently.
