| Spinach Chipotle Cheese Ball | |||||||
| Ingredients: 1 package Spinach Chipotle Dip Mix 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened* 1 (8oz) sour cream* 1 c pecans, finely chopped (optional) * Low fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese may be used. Or try with vegan nut "cheese"! Directions: Mix together ingredients using electric mixer. Form into one large ball or two smaller balls and roll in nuts, if desired.
