| Outrageous Mashed Potatoes | |||||||
| Ingredients: 3 lb potatoes, peeled & diced 1 package Outrageous Onion Dip Mix 16 oz sour cream (low fat may be used) ½ c cream cheese (regular or fat-free) Directions: Place potatoes in a stock pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender. While potatoes are cooking, combine Outrageous Onion Dip Mix, sour cream, and cream cheese in small bowl and set aside. Drain potatoes, add Onion dip mixture, and mash using a potato masher. Place in a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Click Here to Print Recipe |
