Molten Lava Chili
     Ingredients:
 1 medium onion, diced                         2 ribs celery, sliced
 1 package Molten Lava Salsa Mix        1 can (15oz) red kidney beans, drained
 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained        1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans, drained
3 cans (28oz) diced tomatoes in juice   2 bay leaves
2 TBSP oregano                                  1 can (15oz) whole kernel corn, drained



 Directions:
        Sauté onion & celery in 1 TBSP olive oil until transparent.
  Combine Molten Lava Salsa Mix and remaining ingredients (except corn)
  in large stock pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer about
  40 minutes. Add corn and cook 5 more minutes. Remove bay leaves
  before serving.
