Shipping
Simple Specialties ships orders daily, Monday-Friday, via USPS or Fed-Ex.  Please allow 2-5 business days for deliveries of domestic orders. All prices presented on this site are quoted in USD (U.S. Dollars) and are valid only in the United States. Exchange rate charges may apply from your financial institution and/or from our payment gateway for purchases originating from other currencies. Please contact us before ordering if you wish a specific quote for international shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, Military AFO, or other International orders are not eligible for discounted shipping specials. We reserve all rights to restrict oversea shipments, based on US customs regulations. Simple Specialties is not responsible for products detained or restricted based on fluctuating customs requirements. If you have any questions please contact us before shipping to an overseas destination.

Returns
Simple Specialties packs your product so that it will arrive in the same way as it left our facility. In the event that a product arrives damaged due to carrier negligence, please follow the below instructions:
Damaged: Notify us within 3 business days so that we may contact our carrier and work out a prompt solution. Due to carrier guidelines, you must keep everything-- including packaging material in order for us to offer a credit and/or replacement.
Returns for Non-Consumables: Notify us within 3 business days so that we may process your return. Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or in any way altered from their original condition (including packaging) will not be accepted for returns.  The product must be returned in the original packaging- including box or wrapping- with all original parts.  Customer is responsible for return shipping we recommended that the package (especially glassware) are shipped insured with a tracking number. Credit and/or refunds will only be issued after item is received and inspected.
Returns for Consumables: Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on any consumable product. We recommend contacting us in advance with any questions you might have.

Privacy
All transactions conducted through our web site are absolutely secure. We use internationally accepted SSL transcription to scramble your credit card/payment information so that it fully scrambled during transfer. For additional peace-of-mind shopping, your payment information is never viewed by any of our employees and it is never stored on any of our computers.  Additionally, each purchase you make is guaranteed secure through Pay Pal and/or Google checkout. 
Simple Specialties collects personal information such as name, address, etc. merely for order processing.  Your IP address is automatically noted for internal marketing and demographic analysis and research.
We request your phone number and email address so that we may contact you in case there is a problem with your order. Additionally, this information is used to send our newsletter and seasonal coupons based on the “opt-in” newsletter option presented during checkout. Simple Specialties will not send any peripheral marketing information to you, except by your request. You may opt-out of our email marketing program and stop receipt of our newsletter at any time. Simply follow the directions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe to this service.
